Lymphatic (Fibrocystic) Breast Oil gently stimulates lymphatic flow of the breast and axilla (armpit) tissues, and reduces pain, tenderness, and inflammation. A suggestion for breast castor oil packs: buy yourself a simple organic cotton bra with no underwire that can become your dedicated castor oil bra. Pour the castor oil onto a pieceof organic cotton that you’ve cut to fit inside the bra cup, and along the side breast (if you have congestion issues into the side breast and armpit area). Put the castor oil-soaked cotton piece into the bra and wear it all through the day. Personally, I have fibrocystic breast and I’ve found this practice to be incredible, taking away the swelling, tenderness, shooting pains, and achiness that often accompanies fibrocystic breast.
