Eczema and psoriasis aren't just skin conditions, they're sacred messengers from your body, asking you to pay attention to something deeper. When we listen to these symptoms instead of just suppressing them, they become guideposts showing us exactly where we need balance and healing.
Through my Eczema & Psoriasis Recovery System, we delve into your Body, Mind, and Spirit to find the root cause of your inflammation - whether that's nervous system dysregulation, chronic stress patterns, or body systems that have been stuck in survival mode for years. Together, we create relaxation, alignment, and harmonization from the inside out, so your skin can finally heal.

After a year of nomadic travel with my family, I've recently set down new roots in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, BC. I work with energetically-aligned women either in person or remotely, guiding them to reclaim their skin, their energy, and their lives.

I believe that each of us has a unique energy signature, a harmonic that in whole health and wellness, has our body, mind, and soul vibrating in perfect harmony. My intention as a healer is to activate those frequencies and harmonics in you to move you towards a balanced and aligned life flow state. My interest in holistic health and wellness, and my own personal healing story led me to continue a journey in alternative healing therapies, and today I provide an array of therapies including Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching through the founding of The Eczema & Psoriasis Recovery System, Lymphatic Drainage Massage (non-RMT), Reflexology for the feet, hands and lymph drainage, and Reiki. I also formulate and handcraft my own line of therapeutic wellness products using organic sustainable plant essences.
My focus is to catalyze your journey back to Self. My wish is to see empowered women and men shifting out of stress and into full harmonization and alignment with themselves. No judgements - just authentic compassion, kinship, and love.
Why I Do This Work Differently
With my background in Biological Sciences (BSc, MSc) and over a decade of hands-on work as a lymphatic massage therapist, reflexologist, and Reiki master, I've seen firsthand how nervous system dysregulation creates inflammation, and how mindset and chronic stress keep it locked in place.

Most approaches to eczema and psoriasis focus on what to eliminate or what to add. I focus on regulation and restoration: calming your nervous system first, then teaching your body how to detoxify and heal again after those systems have been in hibernation mode.

This isn't about perfection or another restrictive protocol. It's about small, sustainable shifts that build on each other over time, so your healing actually lasts.
