The Pathway to Discovering Reiki
Reiki is a form of energy healing that works by balancing and clearing stagnant energies in the body. Everything in the universe, including our bodies and emotions, is energy vibrating at different frequencies. When daily stresses and emotions are not processed, they can become trapped and lead to dis-ease. Reiki uses high-frequency energy to harmonize and restore balance on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, flowing intuitively to where it is needed most.
Reiki transcends time and space, making distant sessions as effective as in-person ones. As a Reiki Practitioner, I use intention to direct this healing energy, offering sessions in-person locally in the Comox Valley, BC, or remotely anywhere in the world.
For those new to Reiki, it feels like unconditional love—gentle, warm, and caring. Sensations may include pressure, tingling, heat, or swirling energy, creating a subtle but profound sense of peace. If you’re ready to release trapped energies or begin a healing journey, Reiki offers a compassionate and transformative starting point.
