The Pathway to Discovering Reiki
Reiki is a form of energy healing that works by balancing and clearing stagnant energies in the body. Everything in the universe, including our bodies and emotions, is energy vibrating at different frequencies. When daily stresses and emotions are not processed, they can become trapped and lead to dis-ease. Reiki is high-frequency energy that harmonizes and restores balance on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, flowing intuitively to where it is needed most.
Are you ready to begin your own self-healing journey with Reiki, or become a Reiki practitioner yourself? I am a Reiki Master-Teacher, and I am honoured to teach Usui Reiki levels 1, 2, and 3/Master in a private or semi-private class. Over the years I have built out my Reiki level 1 training to begin with a Chakra Backbone Intensive Workshop, including an in-depth self-evaluation of the chakra system. I believe it's important to understand the subtle nuances of energy in your own energetic field prior to learning how to work with Reiki energy.
