I Know What It's Like to Live Inside a Body

For years, my eczema controlled my life.
Severe flares on my hands that cracked and bled. Patches on my eyelids, under my eyes, in the creases of my elbows and knees. Rashes that appeared out of nowhere. I was the woman who had it all together on the outside, giving everything to everyone, while secretly obsessing over what was wrong with my body.
I tried everything. Creams, elimination diets, supplements, specialty products, healing therapies. Some things helped in the moment, but nothing lasted. I was exhausted, losing sleep, on the verge of burnout, and my skin, along with a cascade of other symptoms, was screaming that something deeper was broken.
Here's what I finally learned: I was trying to supplement and medicate my way out of a condition I had behaved my way into.
My body had been stuck in chronic stress mode for so long that my nervous system was completely dysregulated. My detox pathways had shut down. My immune system was overreacting to everything. And no amount of band-aid solutions could fix that.
The turning point came when I stopped chasing symptoms and started addressing the root cause: my nervous system and the stress response driving everything.
It took seven years of trial, error, and deep healing work - but today, my life is filled with peace, calm, and vitality. My skin is clear. My body feels like home again. And I've made it my mission to help other women find this same freedom without spending years figuring it out alone.
